“Diamonds Are Forever” – Miss Gauteng Exclusive 2025 Shines Bright at Cirk Theatre.

Johannesburg, South Africa – The Miss Gauteng Exclusive 2025 Grand Finale took place on 4 October at The Cirk Theatre, Cresta Mall, celebrating eight years of empowering young women through leadership, purpose, and transformation. Fifteen finalists competed for the crown, each completing a five-month mentorship journey that focused on personal growth, entrepreneurship, and philanthropy.

The evening’s atmosphere was filled with admiration and excitement as the audience applauded the excellence displayed on stage. The newly crowned queen, Nhlalala Mashele, a 20-year-old from Centurion studying BCom Law, captured hearts with her poise, advocacy for children’s literacy, and message of purpose. “Being crowned Miss Gauteng Exclusive 2025 will forever be one of the most remarkable moments of my life,” she said. “This journey has been layered and transformative, a true testament that purpose unfolds in its own time.”

Thandolwethu Mabele was named first runner-up, with Khanyisile Mabena as second runner-up. Both impressed the judges with their confidence, leadership, and presence. The judging panel included Rethabile Leoma, Nompumelelo Maduna, Thabo Limema, Tamia, and Lebo Lion, who evaluated contestants on transformation, leadership, entrepreneurship, ambassadorship, and philanthropy.

Two new awards were introduced this year: the Crown of Elegance Award, presented to Thandolwethu Mabele, and the Rising Entrepreneur Award, which went to Letumile Malandisa.

In a defining moment of the night, the organisation announced its evolution into “Agents of Change,” a new phase focused on purpose-driven leadership and community transformation. “This journey has always been about more than crowns and titles,” said Miss Jay, Co-Founder and CEO. “It’s about raising women of influence who lead with integrity and inspire others.”
